Mitchell and McCormick Launches Advanced Customer Portal Advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System goes Live

(Stone Mountain, GA) Mitchell and McCormick (www.mitchellandmccormick.com), a leading supplier of modern information systems to human services agencies nationwide, is pleased to announce that is has launched its new Customer Portal and Customer Relationship Management System.

Mark Bennett, Executive Vice President of Mitchell and McCormick, said “We were looking for a way to better improve communications with our customers and have a complete Customer Relationship System in place to better server our customers. We found that solution with X1 Solutions (www.x1solutions.com) MSS/Portal, MSS/CRM, MSS/Website, MSS/Support, MSS/SFA, and MSS/Development. We spent third and fourth quarters of 2004 implementing the new system. The new system has automation built into it that we are excited to roll out to our customers. For example, the system automatically emails customers when they open a support incident and as the support incident moves through to completion it automatically emails status updates to the person whom opened the support incident. As well, it automatically will email internal Management for items that have been in the queue longer than our resolution goal timeframes. We believe the new system with all of its capabilities, sets Mitchell and McCormick apart as a Human Services software solution provider.”
